Stayed 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving. Stayed in clean and amazing room exactly like in the picture. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets where available. Location was great, close to a fortified hilltop castle. In fact, the property was close enough to the tram too the town center, the square, and Krakow at 8.

Liv Apartments Old Town is a cozy and well-located place to stay in Krakow. The host was very helpful and promptly assisted us when we encountered an issue with the apartment door. The location is perfect, just a short stroll away from the main square. We appreciated the provided towels and amenities like tea making facilities and a small kitchenette. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as noise from the nearby street construction and trams, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Krakow.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decorations throughout the hotel. The vintage furniture and elegant drapes gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, it was delightful to relax in the beautifully designed common areas, such as the lounge and dining area, which were easily accessible and provided a comfortable space to socialize with other guests.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in planning activities suitable for senior guests.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in the heart of the city. The location was incredible, as it was just a short walk to the main square and close to the tram stop. The convenience of being able to hop on the tram and explore the town center was a major plus.
The only downside was that the TV in the apartment didn't work properly, but that wasn't a big issue as we had access to Netflix. It would have been helpful to have clear instructions on how to set up the TV.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect! It was super central and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We didn't have to waste any time on transportation. Plus, the communication with the staff was quick and easy, making our stay even more convenient. Another great advantage was the pick-up and drop-off shuttle service, which saved us a lot of hassle.
One thing that bothered us was the noise. If you sleep with the window open, it can get quite noisy due to the central location or disrespectful guests.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Liv Apartments Old Town. The location was perfect for me, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful city of Krakow. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything I needed, including tea-making facilities and a private bathroom. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I found the bed to be quite comfortable.
Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the noise from the trams passing by and the small size of the room, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact my overall experience. I also appreciated that the breakfast, which unfortunately didn't arrive due to some issues, was promptly refunded.
